About HypnoBirthing®
What is Hypnobirthing?
HypnoBirthing® - The Mongan Method, is a comprehensive birth preparation course held over 5 weekly classes, that teaches parents practical and empowering techniques to prepare for the beautiful birthing experience they desire!
Through a very simple program of positive re-education, guided self-hypnosis, breathwork techniques, intentional birth planning and more, women learn to dismiss fear-based stories, misinformation, and birthing myths; and they are helped to see birth as normal and natural, as they connect with the wisdom of their birthing body.
Through attending these classes, along with your birthing companion, you can learn to embrace your body’s innate knowledge of birthing - working with your body and your baby to experience birth in a more comfortable, easeful, and empowered manner, just as nature intended.
