1:1 Sessions

These sessions are held online, as a 1:1 Zoom or phone call with Ella.

A 1:1 session provides in-depth emotional support as well as tailored practical guidance for your birth preparation journey.

Here is what to expect:

SINGLE SESSION (90min):

  • Unpack your biggest fear/concern around birth with emotional support and practical guidance.

  • Get an overview lesson on your birthing physiology, and learn what the key factors to creating a satisfying, safe birth are.

  • Create a personalised birth plan to get clear on where you want to give birth, and who you want to have in your birth team.

FULL PACKAGE (6x 90min Sessions):

($499)

  • Identifying and rewiring your birthing beliefs (exploring historical and cultural context, the power of the subconscious, affirmation and visualisation practices to support positive belief installation).

  • Unpacking your fears (a chance to feel heard and held in your fears/concerns around birth, and to be guided through Ella’s fear release meditation process)

  • Understanding the birth process and your body’s wisdom (become confident knowing how your body works, understand physiological changes from conception to postpartum & the roles of birthing hormones).

  • How to protect and support your birthing physiology to function optimally (learn how to create an optimal environment, understand fear’s affect on birth, and discuss the risks/benefits of medical interventions for your birth).

  • Create your personalised Birth Plan (get clarity on your birthing preferences, learn how to communicate your requests to those around you, choose your birth team and birth place).

  • Embracing birth as an opportunity for personal growth (let go of people pleasing, connect with your intuition, unlock your feminine wisdom, become your own authority).

  • Come home to your body (moving from mind to body, cultivate a greater capacity to stay present in your body, learn how to feel safe leaning in to discomfort, create a daily embodiment practice).

  • Nourishment and Movement (optimising nutrition, avoiding toxins, learning about posture and optimal positioning, birth positions).

  • Preparing for Postpartum (Bonding, breastfeeding, setting boundaries, creating a Postpartum Plan to get clear on what support you will have in the “fourth trimester”).

  • PLUS: External resources such as positive birthing videos, meditation audios, research on birth practices, and other tools.
